Healthy Baby Home Party with Seventh Generation

Since K was born, we have completely changed our lifestyle. From cutting out all processed foods, preservatives, food dyes, fast food, frozen food and most recently meat and dairy to cutting our household products down to nothing. It was not an easy road and took almost 2 years to completely change and of course, it was baby steps but, we did it and feel amazing!

My husband had high cholesterol and high blood pressure at 30 and felt horrible every day. Although he was not overweight, he felt sluggish and always tired. I was overweight and felt horrible every day. Since cutting out almost all of the bad food we could we moved on to household products.

It was not until our daughter; K started having diaper rashes that we discovered Seventh Generation diapers and their army of products. Her diaper rash disappeared over night and I could not be happier. They are great for the environment, and have no chemicals or dyes, and of course the company has a solid mission; to make the planet a better place which wins my vote.

I am hoping to host this Healthy Baby Home Party which includes a FREE kit of products for our little one and also to share with other moms the benefits of Seventh Generation not only on my blog and social media site but, also in person at our play dates.

Seventh Generation's home parties are powered by people like you who are focused on creating a healthy environment for the next generation. Developed with input from non-profit partner, Healthy Child Healthy World, they are a great way to get together with friends, share helpful information, and make an impact!

Healthy Baby Home Party kits are provided to all selected hosts and are filled with educational info about our environment, helpful tips, a fun game, and samples and coupons from Seventh Generation and other favorite family-friendly brands like bobble, Plum Organics and Zarbee's Naturals.

What is the Application Process?

Sign up at generationgood.net to join the Generation Good community, or log in if already a member.
Accept the Healthy Baby Home Party Application offer on your Generation Good dashboard and complete the application.
Applicants will be notified by end of March if they have been selected to host a party, via an email to the email address assigned to their Generation Good member profile.
All selected applicants will then need to confirm their participation by accepting the Healthy Baby Home Party Mission in Generation Good and confirming their shipping address.
1,900 FREE Party Kits will be distributed in this round.
Hosting spots are open to US residents only at this time. Canadian parties are planned for later in 2016!

APS Creations Custom Embroidery Review & Giveaway

Who doesn't love a customized onesie or dress for their little one?!?!? APS Creations makes some of the most beautiful custom made outfits I have ever seen and of course they are one of a kind! My favorite outfit is my daughter's birth announcement onesie. It is just beautiful and so perfectly made. Hand-crafted just for my daughter to celebrate her special day! This can be customized with your own little one's birth information or even to celebrate a birthday! The sleeves match the embroidery color beautifully to put an extra special touch on it.

Thanksgiving time, we had a custom made Turkey onesie for Kiley. It was beautifully made and great for any age. You can also have it customized to say Baby's 1st Thanksgiving or even personalized with a name.

The beautiful Christmas dress with her initials is another favorite of mine. The design is completely unique and the dress itself is just beautiful. You can have the initials embroidered in many different colors.

Premama Prenatal Multi Vitamin Mix Review & Giveaway

I recently received the Premama Prenatal Multi-Vitamin Mix in exchange for a review. This is a new prenatal 'vitamin' mix for pregnant or lactating moms and is to be used in place of a prenatal vitamin (pill).

The box is easy to spot as it is shaped like a bag of coffee and comes in Blue (essentials) or Orange (Plus). The mix is 'taste-less' and you can add it to any cold liquid or food.

The box includes 30 easy to open individual packets. Instead of having to swallow a giant pill each day these easy to use packets can be added to any cold drink that is 12 ounces or more or any soft food.

The directions were easy to follow. Simply take your favorite non-carbonated cold drink (mine is water) and add the mix. I do not suggest you add this to water. Although this is flavorless, it does still have a consistency to it and does make the water taste different. I poured 12 ounces of water and added the mix to it and stirred.

It dissolved instantly! The flavor was not bad, there really is not flavor but you can tell it's not plain water, it have a 'flavorless' taste but you can tell the difference. I would say adding this to juice or any kind of drink that has a flavor already to it would be your best bet! Adding it to cranberry juice or even milk would be perfect!
